The following persons have been licensed to practice Medicine and
Surgery, and Compound and Vend Medicines, either upon presentation of Diploma, or
after examination, from the institution of the Board in 1826, to March 15th, 1874:

DEC 24---Body of LaFayette man found in vacant farm
house in
Chattooga's Haywood Valley, Two Huntington
W.Va. men allegedly admit hitching ride with the
man,
Bill Copeland, beating him and leaving him at house
where he apparently
died within an hour after beating.

Al.
Friday, last, three from Summerville, Ga. tried to walk off with
old, old
books and documents from the Butler County Court House records
room.
A purchaser of one of the books reported it to the Sheriff.
Accidentally, one
of the persons had left a notebook and came back
to retrieve it after a APB had
been sent out.. They all bailed out of jail.
