This Indenture made this Eighth day May eighteen hundred & Nineteen. Between Jno. Binion of the one part & Jno. Berry of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Jno. Binion for & in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said Jno. Berry before the sealing & delivering of these presents, hath granted, bargained, sold, released & confirmed unto the said Jno. Berry all that tract or parcel of Land, being & lying in the County of Hancock on the waters of Logdam Creek, containing one hundred acres by estimation, be the same more or less, adjoining lands belonging to the said Berry, known by the name of Sylvian Will also one sixth part of all that tract or parcel of land being & lying in the County of Hancock & State aforesaid on Logdam Creek, adjoining Berry & others being the tract of land formerly owned by George West Decd. Containing one hundred & sixty six & one fourth acres, be the same more or less, making in whole one hundred & twenty seven & 2/3 acres, to have and to hold the same unto the only proper use & benefit & behoof of the said Jno. Berry his heirs & assigns forever & the said Jno. Binion bind himself & his heirs to warrant & defend the titles of the above tracts or parcels of land against all lawful claims whatsoever. In witness whereof the said Jno. Binion doth herewith set his hand & seal in the presence of

that he saw John Binion sign, seal and deliver
the written Deed for the proposed therein mentioned and that he deponent - subscribed the same as witness and John Bailey do as likewise.
