s Sale.
Under and by virtue of a writ of fieri facias, issued out of the honorable, the District Court of the United States, for the northern district of Georgia, in favor of the plaintiff in the following case, to-wit:
The United States vs. Aaron C. Sanders, Daniel F. Brown, and William G. Smith.
I have levied upon, as the property of Daniel F. Brown, one of the above named defendants, 185 acres of land in the 465th Military District, Banks county, Ga., together with all the improvements thereon, and will sell the same at public auction, at the Court-House, in the city of Atlanta, county of Fulton and State of Georgia, on the first Tuesday in March next, between the lawful hours of sale. Dated at Atlanta, Ga., Feb. 3d, 1879.
