Acts of the General Assembly, Milledgeville, Georgia, in the term of November-December of 1860

To incorporate Charlton Chapel, in the town of Nebraska, in the County of Banks

20. Section VIII Be it further enacted, that John D. TERRELL, William LACY, A.B. GAILEY, Lemuel DODD and Thomas J. HUGHES . Jr. be and are appointed Trustees of "Charlton Chapel", with full power to do all manner of things (not conflicting with the Laws and Constitution of the State) for the purpose of promoting the christian religion, to make such rules and legal actions as they may deem best for the furtherance of the objects contemplated by christianity, so far as relates to "Charlton Chapel", in the town of Nebraska, Banks County, Georgia.
