Application having been duly issued and published by A.L. GRIFFIN required all and singular the next of kin and creditors of John D. TERRELL deceased late of said County to appear at this term and show cause if any they could why Letters of Administration should not be granted to A.L. GRIFFIN of said County and Henry P. TERRELL and A.L. POOL parties so cited making objections to the appointment of A.L. GRIFFIN by caveat and said caveat being sustained by the Court. It is ordered by this Court that Letters of Administration be issued to Henry P. TERRELL and A.L. POOL as Administrators of John D. TERRELL upon their giving bond and security in the term of $2,500.
