Bible owned by D. H. P. Garrison, Godfrey, Morgan Co., Ga. Jedediah Garrison, Rev. Soldier, was a son of Christopher Garrison, who came from Scotland in 1700. * (See disclaimer below.) The family came to Franklin Co., Ga., in 1784 and moved into Fort Norris to protect themselves from hostile Indians; they lived in this fort long enough to make one crop. MARRIAGES: Freeman A.
