Rachel A. Ash was Born the 29 day of October 1804
William Ash and Jane Fleming was M. the 8th Aprile 1783. This was when the strip was cut off from above.

Personally appeared before me Minyard Sanders, Robert R. Ash who being duly sworn deposeth and saith that the part of the Sheet hereto attached was taken out of my father's Family Bible & is the balance of said Sheet that was left after cutting off a strip which was sent to the war department with the application of Mrs. Jane Ash for a Pension. I do further swear that the Record on said Sheet (except the last item) is in the hand writing of my Father William Ash decd. and that the Said Record and Bible has been in my possession ever since the death of my said Father.
