Banks County Miscellaneous Wills at the Georgia State Archives
Discovered in a 1992 shelf inventory at the Archives, these Wills have
not been further processed.  There are a few discrepancies I have noted
in Column 3 from the Archives Index versus records available to me
from Banks County records.

Note-Banks County was not formed until 1858 from parts of Habersham & Franklin counties.
Some early Wills were originally probated in the deceased's "home" county,
then the records were carried into the Banks County  until the Estates were
settled.
