August 2, 1867
Georgia, Brooks County—Whereas W. A. King, Guardian of G. S. Edwards
applies to me for letters of dismission from and guardianship. These are
the (illegible) and (illegible) all parties at interest to file their objections
within the timeprescribed by law, otherwise said letters will be granted
the applicant.

Georgia, Brooks County—To all concerned: Whereas, James King and
T.S.T. Knight, Executors of Nancy King, apply to this court for Letters
of Dissmission as such Executors. This is therefore to cite and admonish
the parties at interest to file their objections within the time prescribed
by law, otherwise said letters will be issued and granted to the said applicants.

of Tariton Knight, apply to this court for Letters of Dismission as such
administrators. These are therefore to cite and admonish all parties at
interest to file their obfections with the time prescribed by law, otherwise
said letters will be granted the applicant.

de bonis non of Estate of E. C. Dukes; late of said county, deceased, makes
application to me for letters of dismission.

administrator of Elizabeth Olliff, late of said county, deceased, makes
application to me for letters of dismission.

be granted to said applicant.

of Henry Singleton, applies to this court for Letters of dimission as such
administrator. These are therefore to cite and admonish the parties at interest

of the estate of Jas. Williams, deceased, applies to me for Letters of Dismission

and issued to the applicant.

of M. G. Yates, deceased, applies to me for letters of dismission from said
administration.
These are therefore to notify all parties at interest to file their objections,
within the time prescribed by law, otherwise said letters will be granted
and issued to the applicant.

Georgia, Brooks County—Whereas B. H. Martin, Esq., Executor of
Charles Rizer, deceased, has filed his petition in due form of law, praying
the Court to allow him to resign his trust as such executor, having nominated
J. M. Patterson as his successor. These are therefore to notify all persons
at interest, to file their objectins withing the time prescribed by law,
otherwise the prayer of said petitioner will be granted.
In testimony whereof I hereunto affix my official signature, this the 1st
day of May, 1867.
