November 29, 1867
Administrator's Sale. Georgia, Brooks County--By order of the Honorable Ordinary of said county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in January next, before the Court House in Quitman, Two Lots of Land, lying on the Okapilco Creek, two miles north of Quitman, on the Morvin road; on which are one hundred acres of open land, a good framed dwelling, out houses and good gin house,--known as the place on which Thomas F. Rogers resided at the time of his death.
One Brick Store in Quitman, occupied at present by J. R. Edmondson.
Sold as the property of Thomas F. Rogers, deceased.
Terms; One half cash; the balance on twelve months time, with good notes
and approved security.

Administrator's Sale.
Georgia, Brooks County.--By order of the Honorable Ordinary of said county,
will be sold on the First Tuesday in January next, before the Court House
in Quitman. One Lot of Land in the upper portion of said county, belonging
to the estate of E. G. Folsom, deceased, and sold as the property of said
deceased. Terms: One-half cash; balance on twelve months time with notes
and good security.

Administrator's Sale.
Georgia, Brooks County.-- By order of the Honorable Ordinary of said county,
will be held on the first Tuesday in January next, before the Court House
in Quitman a Three (illegible)dred and Twenty even Acres (illegible) of
the Lot of Land No. (illegible) 12th District of said county, and on which
Mrs. Albritton now resides. Sold as the property of G. W. Albritton deceased.
Terms: One half cash; balance due twelve months' time, with notes and approved
security.

Georgia, Brooks County.--By order of the Honorable Ordinary of said county,
will be sold on the First Tuesday in January next, before the Court House
in Quitman. One Hundred Acres of Land, lying near D. Fearnsides, in the
1(3 or 5)th District of Brooks county, belonging to the estate of Ashley
Boyet, deceased, and sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of
said deceased. Terms: One-half cash; balance on twelve months' time, with
notes and approved security.

Administrator's Sale. Agreeable to a decree of the Hon. Superior Court
of the county of Brooks, will be sold before the Court House door in said
county, on the First Tuesday in January next, the Northeast half of Lot
No. One Hundred and Ninety-five (195) in the 12th District of said county;
sold as the property of the estate of Jacob Rizer, deceased, for the benefit
of the creditors of said estate. The above Half Lot of Land is nearly all
(illegible) land and in a state of cultivation.
Terms: One half cash; balance in twelve months, with good security.

of J. A. Moore, deceased are hereby notified to render them in under the
statuses made and provided in such cases; and all persons indebted to said
estate are requested to call and make payment at once.

John Cook, deceased, applies to me for letters of Dismission from his administration
of said estate. These are therefore to cite and admonish all and singular
the parties at interest to file their objections within the time prescribed
by law, otherwise said letters will be granted to the applicant.
