Act of December 22, 1829 - The jurisdiction of Butts County is extended over the Ocmulgee River, and Islands on said River adjoining County of Butts.

Act of February 20, 1845 - The line the Counties of Butts and Spalding is changed to include the residence of Reason Blissett, in the County of Spalding.
The County line between Henry & Butts is changed to include
the residence of William S. Bivins in the County of Henry.

Act of February 23, 1850 - The line bewteen the Counties of Butts and Henry is altered so as to include the residences of:
A.P. Johnson
William Young
Andrew J. Grimmet
William B. Shields
Paschal H. Jackson
Jonathan Collins
George R. Lewis
Minton Jinks
Jesse Hendley
Isaac N. Bishop
Martin Conger
now in the County of Henry, and their residences and land
are added to and become a part of the County of Butts.

Act of March 17, 1869 -
The line between the Counties of Henry and Butts changed to include the lands and residence of MRS. NANCY JAMES in the County of Henry.
