It appearing to the court that a rule ne se was served upon John Goodman and James R. McCord, admrs. of Abner Bankston decd to show cause why they should not make titles to half lot of land number ninety-one in the twenty ninth district of Macon County, containing one hundred one and a fourth acres more or less and there being no objections filed in officer.

It is on motion ordered by the court that the said administrators do make titles to said half lot of land to John F. Stewart agreeably to the tenor of the bond filed in the clerks office of this court, said bond having been executed without a formal seal but on its face purporting to be sealed by the said Abner Bankston, dated 18th September 1843 and conditioned to make or cause to be made to John F. Stewart good and sufficient titles to said half lot, and it being made to appear to the satisfaction of this court that the purchase money for said land has been fully paid.
