This indenture made this twenty ninth day of August, eighteen hundred
and thirty six between Robert N. Young of the County of Greene and State
afore said of the one parts and John Beauchamp of Butts County of the
State afore said of the other parts. Witness this that the said Robert
N. Young for and inconsideration of the sum of Six Hundred Dollars to
him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivering of these
presents the receipts whereof I hereof acknowledge hath granted
bargained sold and conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said John Beauchamp his heirs and assigns all
that track or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Butts (formerly Henry County) the first districts Number Ninety Five and
Ninety Nine and Lot unknown. To have and to hold said tracts or parcels
of land and him the said John Beauchamp his heirs and assigns together
with all and singular the rights members and appertennanced thereof to
the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use
benefits and whereof for ever in fee simple. And the said Robert N.
Young for himself, his heirs executors and administrators the said
bargained assigned will warrant and for ever defend the rights and
titles thereof against himself and against the claim of all others
persons whatever. In witness whereof the said Robert N. Young hath
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
