McCord - Combs

A quiet and pretty home marriage occurred t 5 o'clock p.m. Wednesday which united Mr. Charley McCord to Miss Hattie Combs.  The ceremony was performed by Dr. W. A. Nelson.  Only a few of the near relatives and close friends of the contracting parties were present.

After the ceremony the bridegroom and his bride took the 6 o'clock train for their future home in Atlanta.  They were accompanied by Mr. Harkness Thornton and Miss Kate McCord.
