Starnes - Marbut
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Marbut have announced the engagement of their daughter, Hattie, to Dr. W. A. Starnes of Jackson. The marriage will occur early in the winter and will be an event of much social importance.
The above from the Atlanta Constitution, indicates that Jackson is soon to claim another resident from Atlanta, in the person of one of that city's most charming young ladies.
Just when the happy event will take place is not known yet, but the friends of the prospective bridegroom have already commenced to shower on him their blessings and best wishes.

Atlanta, Ga.Dr. Starne's is one of Jackson's most prominent young physicians and is building up a practice and a social standing here that may well be envied.
The marriage will be one of the social events of the season and on account of the prominence of the parties will attract much notice.
