Little Frank Greer

The many friends of "Little Frank" Greer will be pleased to know that he returned yesterday from his long confinement on the charge of violating the Revenue laws.

It seem as if the officials intend to persecute him, as they arrested him on another warrant immediately after his release two weeks ago and when his bond was sent down and signed up, Mr. John Cole carried it up to Atlanta and because one of the names of the security was in the wrong place, they rejected the bond, causing Mr. Cole to have to make a second trip before he could secure his release.  Mr. Greer bears his persecutions with that resolution born of honor and we think what he has suffered is  sufficient to defy the utmost authority of the law
