Administrator Sale - Henry Barnes

GEORGIA - Butts County

By virtue of an order from the court of Ordinary of Butts County, will be sold on the first Tuesday in Dec., 1894, at the court house door in the town of Jackson, said county, between the legal hours of sale, that tract of land in said county, belonging to the estate of Henry Barnes deceased, in the ninth district of original Henry, now Butts county bounded North and East by Ocmulgee River, South by lands of R. M. Harper, Mrs. Eliza Barnes and John Andrews, West by lands of Thomas Maddox, Yancy and Crane, containing three hundred and eighteen acres more or less. Said land has river boundary of one mile or more with 40 feet fall. Sold as the property of Henry Barnes deceased to pay the debts of said deceased and for distribution. Terms Cash.
