Charlie Conner - Shot

Charlie Conner of High Falls was shot a few days ago by Will Flynt and very painfully wounded.  The shooting was done with a pistol, the ball entering the leg just below the groin.

Conner had hit Flynt somewhere about the burr of the ear with a horseshoe and Flynt, regarding this as a sign that hostilities were about to open, drew his popgun and did what he could to make the rueus(?) a success

Conner is doing very well.
