Demps Wilson - Shot in Monroe County
On Thursday of last week in the town of Bolingbroke, Cornelius James shot with a pistol and killed Demps Wilson. The killing was the result of an old feud. Both parties were negroes and it is claimed that the killing was willful murder. James the assailant walked up to Wilson an without any warning or premonition took his pistol from his pocket and shot Wilson to death. The murderer is at large.
