Will be sold before the court house door in Jackson Butts county on the first Tuesday in November next, 1895, one hundred and sixty eight and - acres of land, known as the Will Towels place, lying on the public road to Goodman-s ferry 2 - miles east of Flovilla. Will b e sold for distribution amount the heirs of Washington Hay, deceased. Titles perfect. Terms cash. Good well, branches and creek water. About 75 acres in original woods. ALSO, on the same date, and for the same purpose, will be sold herefore the court house door in Monticello the following lands lying in Jasper county, known as he Washington Hay place, about one mile from Flovilla via Smith-s Mills to Monticello, containing 375 acres more or less.
