Resolved, That we, as a church, condemn such conduct, of which said M.V. McKibben has been guilty in disturbing divine public worship in a drunken condition, and as a church, we call upon the grand jury of the county of Butts to investigate said charges against the said McKibben.

That these resolutions be published in the Jackson Argus, and a copy officially signed be served on the grand jury.
