School at Corinth

The Argus learns that the material is being put on the ground for the building of a nice new school house at Elgin. Thi is one of the most enlightened communities in the county and now propose to take more interesting educational matters than ever before.

Frank Thaxton has been chosen as teacher, and this of itself will warrant a good school
