High Falls

Editor Argus: - The surveyors will be here today to locate a site for an immense rock dam to be put across the river at this place to supply water to run a big electric plant, to furnish power to run the factories in Griffin and other towns around. It is a right big undertaking but Captain Grantland is a man to put in operation anything he undertakes.
