Cecil Smith Addy, formerly of Griffin, died Sunday, Jan. 1, at Westbury Medical Care Home in Jackson.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, Jan. 3, in Oak Hill Cemetery in Griffin with Rev. Earl Bolton officiating.
Mrs. Addy was born Sept. 7, 1906 in Butts County, daughter of the late William A. and Nora Lee McClure Smith. She was the widow of F. Glenn Addy and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Griffin.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Jean A. and James L. Turner of Jackson; sisters, Ester Daniel of Thomaston and Vera Dodson of Jackson; sister-in-law, Alma A. Mixon of Decatur; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Haisten Funeral Home of Jackson was in charge of arrangements.
