Martha W. Allen

Martha W. Allen, 48, of 196 Shoemaker St., Jackson, died Friday at the Medical Center in Macon following a brief illness.
Survivors include a daughter, Akeba Allen of Jackson; son, Seneica Allen of Jackson; brothers, Sam and Harold Allen, both of Atlanta, Willie and Raymond Allen, both of Huntington, N.Y., Dexter Allen of Griffin, Joe Allen, Jerome Allen, O. C. Stodghill, R. O. Stodghill, Doyle Stodghill, Peter Stodghill, and Onree Stodghill, all of Jackson, Cyrus Allen, Henry Harris, Thomas Harris, and Arthur Harris, all of Locust Grove; sisters, Margie Newby, Josie Watts, Mrs. Benjamin Miller, and Mary Stodghill, all of Jackson, Mrs. Leonard Johnson, Mrs. Walter Green, and Mrs. William Sheely, all of Atlanta; two aunts, four uncles, nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 2 p.m. at the Stark Tabernacle U.P.C. Church in Flovilla with Milton Miller officiating. Burial was in the Macedonia cemetery.
Trimier-Jackson Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.
