Brother E. D. Allen Died in Atlanta of Heart Attack Nov. 20
Friends of Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Allen of Jackson sympathize with them in the death of Mr. Allen's brother, Nim F. Allen, of Atlanta, who died of a heart attack Thursday morning.
A World War I veteran, member of the Machine Gun Battalion of the 26th Division, Mr. Allen had visited in Jackson on many occasions.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Howard L. Carmichael & Son Chapel in East Point with the Rev. J. H. Allison officiating. Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Atlanta.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Mrs. John Driver, Atlanta; father, O. T. Allen, Atlanta; five brothers, Floyd, Detroit; C. B., Miami; Truman, Atlanta; Ernest, East Point; and E. D. Allen, Jackson; one sister, Mrs. Coleman Martin, Atlanta.
