Willie Minter Allen

Willie Minter Allen, 67, of 272 Settle Drive, Jackson, died Dec. 30 at the Veterans Hospital in Atlanta.
The funeral was held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church with the Rev. Milton Miller officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Leatrice Allen; son, George Grier of Atlanta; sister, Geneva Davis of Jackson; brother, Harold Allen of Jackson; sisters-in-law, Vera and Emma Allen, both of Jackson; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
Trimier - Jackson Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.
