Mrs. J. S. Anderson Dies in Flovilla
Mrs. Virginia Johnson Anderson, 78, died Monday morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. Carl Funderburk in Flovilla after an illness of a year.
She was born in Salem, Ala., and had lived with her sister the past year. Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Mountain City Methodist Church. She was the widow of J. Sam Anderson.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 11 a. m. at the home of Mrs. Funderburk in Flovilla with the Rev. L. H. Britt officiating. The nephews served as pallbearers.
Burial was in Lynwood cemetery in Columbus Tuesday at 3 :30 p. m. and Haisten Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
Survivors are her sister and several nieces and nephews.
