Leila Elizabeth Strawn Andrews

Mrs. Andrews Died June 3 In Hapeville
Mrs. Leila Strawn Andrews, 88, of 646 Pine Street, Hapeville, died June 3rd. A native of Butts County, Mrs. Andrews was the widow of the late Joe Andrews, and daughter of the late Abram B. Strawn and Mary Cook Strawn.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Thelma Cook, Hapeville; one son, Melvin W. Andrews, Hapeville; brother, Mr. J. Marvin Strawn, Jackson; ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon, June 5, at the East Point First Methodist Church at 2:30 o'clock. Rev. Frank E. Jenkins officiated with interment in College Park Cemetery with Mitchell Funeral Chapel in charge.
Pallbearers were Robert Strawn, Girden Cook, Franklin Strawn, George Strawn, Ben Andrews and Charles Bartlett.
