Andrews Rites Held Wednesday
Funeral services for Willie Lee Andrews of Route Two, Jackson, were held Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock in the County Line Baptist Church. The Rev. F. L. Harris officiated and interment was in the Bold Springs cemetery.
Mr. Andrews died unexpectedly Friday morning, April 24th, at the Sylvan Grove Hospital.
He was son of the late Lewis Andrews and the late Mrs. Martha Head Andrews. He was a native of Butts County and a member of the Towaliga County Line Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Josie Mae Andrews; daughters; Mrs. Evelyn Jean Clemons and Miss Carol Eugenia Andrews, both of Jackson; sisters, Mrs. Lavonia Head of Jackson and Mrs. Irene Lawrence of Milner; brothers, Johnnie Andrews and Charlie Wilson Andrews of Griffin; 15 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Spalding Undertaking Company was in charge of plans.
