Interment Here For Wilson Quick, 59, Of Sanford, N. C.
Graveside services for Wilson Merritt Quick, 59, who died Tuesday in Sanford, N. C., were held at the Jackson City Cemetery Thursday afternoon, January 5, at 2:30 with Rev. Wade H. Bell Jr., pastor of the Jackson Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Mr. Quick was a victim of a sudden heart attack, having worked until only a few hours prior to his death. His wife is the former Miss Helen Barnes of Jackson.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Helen Barnes Quick, Sanford, N. C.; mother, Mrs. Sara Quick, Pageland, S. C.; daughter, Mrs. Joe Long, Knoxville, Tenn.; son, W. M. Quick Jr., Augusta, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. W. D. Sutton and Mrs. W. S. Robbins, both of Pageland, S. C.; two brothers, E. L. Quick, Pageland, S. C.; T. Hal Quick, Sanford, N. C.; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers at the Jackson interment service were Horace Maddox, Lynn Maddox, W. H. Barnes, Wayne Barnes, Larry Barnes, Hal Barnes. Haisten Funeral Home of Jackson was in charge of arrangements.
