Miss Vaughn Died Monday After A Long Illness
Last rites for Miss Elizabeth Vaughn, 23 years of age, who died Monday night in Milledgeville after a prolonged illness, were held at 11 a. m. Wednesday at Old Bethel church. Elder A. C. Elliott of McDonough officiated and burial was in the churchyard with Thornton Funeral Homes directing arrangements.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Vaughn; one brother, Lamar Vaughn, and a sister, Mrs. Hugh Barnes, both of Jackson. She was a member of Old Bethel church.
Pallbearers were Victor Brown, Alvin Vaughn, Rufus Vaughn, Harold Vaughn, Jack Taylor, Clint Singley.
