Mrs. Vaughn Died Sunday
Mrs. Mildred Jolly Vaughn of Route 2, Hampton, died Sunday evening, February 7th, following a long period of declining health.
Mrs. Vaughn was born January 9 1900 to Mr. Will D. Jolly and Mrs. Menla Ham Jolly, both of Butts County.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon, February 9th, at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church with Dr. L. S. Richards and Rev. Tim Holbrook, both of Atlanta, officiating. Interment was in Hillendale Memory Gardens with Horis Ward Funeral Home of Decatur in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Vaughn is survived by her husband, Ralph C. Vaughn, Sr. of Hampton; a son, Ralph C. Vaughn Jr. of Atlanta; a daughter, Mrs. Lewis S. Paige of Pleasantville, New York; a brother, H. Palmer Jolly of Douglasville; two grandchildren.
Mrs. Vaughn was the niece of Mrs. W. H. Mallet of Jackson and the late Mrs. J. D. Jones Sr.
