Robert Edward Vaughn

Robert Edward Vaughn, 86, of Forsyth died Sunday in a local hospital. Mr. Vaughn was a retired farmer.
Survivors include four daughters, Martha Stephens, of Barnesville Rosenlene Faulkner, Willie Ruth Neeley and Marion Chandler, all of Forsyth; sons, Benjamin Vaughn of Jackson, James Vaughn of Oneida, Tenn., Bobby Vaughn of Norwood, Mo., Alvin Vaughn of Long Beach, Calif., Gene Vaughn of Roberta, Larry Vaughn of Forsyth, and Tommy Vaughn of Augusta; 37 grandchildren and 26 great - grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Worthville Baptist Church with burial in the Macedonia Baptist Church cemetery. The Rev. Don Douglas officiated.
Andrew A. Dillon and Son Funeral Home of Forsyth was in charge of arrangements.
