Mrs. Vickers Dies Tuesday in Miami Of Long Illness
Mrs. Marion Nutt Vickers, 50, of Miami, Fla. succumbed Tuesday afternoon following an illness of more than two years.
Mrs. Vickers, wife of Bennie E. Vickers of Miami, Fla., and daughter of William Lee Nutt and Mrs. Annie Lillian Weaver Nutt, was born and reared in Jackson where she has a host of friends who regret to learn of her passing. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Tentative funeral plans call for services to be held Sunday afternoon at three o'clock at the First Baptist church with the Rev. Sidney L. Waterhouse, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Jackson City Cemetery with Haisten Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband; parent, Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Nutt, Jackson; one son, Lt. Victor L. Wilson, U. S. Navy; one granddaughter, Vickie Nell Wilson.
