Robert Watkins (col.) a little son of Robert Watkins Sr. who happened to the misfortune of being blown up while blasting rock in the well of Mrs. Daughtry, a short time ago died a horrible death on Monday evening last, he happened to the misfortune of accidentally cutting off his finger a few days ago, and the finger was replaced by Dr. Bryans and was in fair way for recovery, when he went in bathing in the creek and dislocated the finger causing "lock jaw" and resulting in death
