A. F. Willingham shot by J.T. Hadaway - Sunny Side Murder

Five miles above here, at Sunny Side, yesterday morning, a serious difficulty occurred over the ownership of a wagon between A F. Willingham and J. T. Hadaway.  After the usual passage of words and oaths, Hadaway drew his pistol and shot Willingham, the ball passing through about the center of the body, producing almost instant death.  Both parties, it is thought were drunk.
