Mrs. Rosabelle Maddox Yancey
Mrs. C. G. Yancey Sunday At Fitzgerald Home
Mrs. C. G. Yancey, the former Miss Belle Maddox, born and reared Indian Springs district, died Sunday at her home in Fitzgerald following illness of several weeks.
She was the widow of C. G. Yancey, who died several months ago, and was the daughter of Lucian Maddox and Susan Cole Maddox, esteemed residents of Butts county. For several years she had resided in Fitzgerald
Survivors are two sons, Winfred and Arthur Yancey; one sister, Mrs. J. O. Preston of Flovilla; three brothers, Lawrence and Bryant Maddox of Fitzgerald and T. C. Maddox of Macon.
Funeral services were held in Fitzgerald Tuesday and among those from here attending were Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Redman, Mrs. Henry Bankston, Mr. and Mrs. Grady Redman, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Browning.
