1792 Warrant to Survey Land for Thomas Norris, Camden County, Georgia

 

Georgia              By the Court of Justice of Camden County

                                To William N black Sureyor of Sd. County

You are hereby authorized and required to admeasure and lay out or

come to be admeasured and laid out to Thomas Norris a tract of Land in

said County which shall contain One Thousand acres in lieu of an Old

warrant for same Quantity -----------

 

                                            Taking especial care that the same hath

/s/Abner Williams                not here to for been laid out to any other

/s/ Hugh Brown                  person or persons And you are hereby also directed

/s/ Danl Miller                                  and required to record the plat thereof in your Office

                                            and transmit a copy of the same together with

                                            this warrant to the Office of the Surveyor

                                            General within two years from this date.

                                            Given under our hand this third day of

                                            December 1792
