In 1996, Charles and Marjorie Lewis completed a survey of the cemetery at Sardis Primitive Baptist church. They compiled the information along with a brief history of the church from the church clerk, Homer Eldridge. They have generously provided a transcription of the book for the Colquitt County GenWeb. We greatly appreciate their contribution! We have also included a map showing the location of the church.
