RAMSEY, Isaac s/Dec 24 1858. p/Jan 13 1861. Wife Hepzibah, plantation where I now reside, known as Mount Vernon, stock, farm utensils, slaves and household furniture, etc. Son Phocian Ramsey (married E. E. Hill, Columbia County, Dec 8th 1856) has already received $21,000. To have one fourth of the estate when division takes place, after my wife's death. Son in law, William Moughan (married Parthenia Portia Ramsey, Columbia County, Nov 25 1847) has received $10,500, with the provision that it shall revert to my estate, if Parthenia Moughan, my daughter, should die childless.
