Bowden-Mozley Cemetery
Location: Lithia Springs (Douglas County), Georgia
This family cemetery is on the north side of Bankhead Highway, just
west of its intersection with Thornton Road. It is across Bankhead
from the Bowden home, between Parkview Church of God and a small
car wash. The cemetery was cleaned down to bare ground in October
2008, revealing previously undetected graves under decades of leaf
litter. There appear to be thirty-five graves laid out in five rows:
