Postponed Administrator's Sale.
Georgia, Fayette County.

Will be sold before the court house door, in town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in December next, the following valuable Mill Property belonging to the estate of Hilliard M. Starr, deceased:

All the valuable Mill and mill privilege, late the property of Hilliard M. Starr, deceased, containing six acres of land, and one hundred and fifty acres, more or less, of land lying covered by water, embracing water privileges for said mill. On the said track there are three (3) dwelling houses, blacksmith and wood shops, one grist and flouring mill containing three (3) sets of stones, two (2) for flour and one (1) for corn. The millhouse is (50) fifty-feet long, by (30) feet wide. There is also attached to the water power, a saw mill, gin house, and a wool and carding machine, all in good running order. Fine springs convenient to the improvements. A good head of water, and sufficient water for manufacturing purposes if desired. The above described place was formerly known as the "Edmondson Mills," now belonging to the estate of Hilliard M. Starr, situated near the Griffin and North Alabama Railroad, about three (3) miles from the town of Senoia, and four (4) miles from Brooks' Station, adjoining the lands of Wm. M. Mathews and Eli Edmonson, deceased.

The above valuable property will be sold at the time and place above stated, by order of the Court of Ordinary of the county of Clayton, for the purposes of distribution.
Terms -- One-half cash, and remainder within twelve months, to be secured by mortgage on the premises.

Fayette County Deputy Sheriff's

Sales for December, 1874.

Will be sold bfore the court house door, in the town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, Georgia, within the usual hours of sale, the following property, to-wit- Lots of land number eighty-two (82) and eighty three (83) in the seventh (7) district of said county and each lot containing two hundred and a half (202 1/2) acres more or less; also, three (3) hundred acres of land in the seventh (7) district of said county, and known as lot of land number one hundred and ten (110), containing two hundred acres, more or less, and the north half of lot of land number one hundred and fifteen (115), containing one hundred acres, more or less. The whole of the above property levied on as the property of James L. Hobgood, under and by virtue of a fi. fa. issued from Fayette Superior Court in favor of Nancy Hobgood vs. James L. Hobgood, administrator de bonis non of the estate of Wright Martin, deceased. Said property to be sold on the first (1) Tuesday in December next. Property pointed out by plaintiff's attorney and due notice of levy given to the defendant and his tenants. October the 30th, 1874.

Fayette County Deputy Sheriff's Sale.
Will be sold before the court house door, in the town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in December next, within the legal hours of sale, the following described property, to-wit:

One town lot, number four, running fifty feet back and thirty feet front, bounded on the south by Geo. W. Ware, west by S. D. Dorsey, north by ______ street, east by the public square. Said lot has a store house on it -- situated in the town of Fayetteville. Also, a Splendid Billiard Table. Levied on as the property of W. W. Bosworth, by virtue of a fi. fa. issued from Fayette Superior Court in favor of S. T. W. Minor vs. W. W. Bosworth. Property pointed out by plaintiff. This October 31st, 1874.

Administrator's Sale.

By virtue of an order granted by the Court of Ordinary of Fayette county, Georgia, will be sold before the court house door, in the town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, Ga., on the 1st Tuesday in December next, between the legal hours of sale, the following described property, to-wit:

Lot of land number twenty-two (22) and lot of land number forty-three (43) in the seventh district of Fayette county, and each lot containing two hundred two and a half (202 1/2) acres, more or less. Also, one half undivided interest in Water Gin House, Cotton Press and Fixtures.

Terms of sale -- One-half cash, purchaser getting bond for title, with seven per cent interest on last payment.

Sale made for the benefit of heirs of the estate of J. P. Shropshire, deceased.

The above property is sold as the property of J. P. Shropshire, deceased.

Whereas, R. W. Lynch having proper form applied to me for permanent letters of administration on the estate of Asa Martin, late of said county deceased:

This is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of kin of Asa Martin, to be and appear my office, within the time allowed by law, and show cause, if any they can, why permanent administration should not be granted to R. W. Lynch on Asa Martin's estate.

Court of Ordinary, Fayette county

October Term, 1874.

To all and singular the next of kindred of Charles Austin, late of Fayette county, deceased.

Charles A. Eason having, within the time prescribed by law, cited in my office, a paper purporting to be the last muncupative will of Charles Austin, late of said county, deceased, all the next of kin of said Charles Austin, and persons entitled to inherit his estate are hereby notified that proof of the same will be taken at my office, in Fayetteville, on Monday, the 7th day of December, 1874. Those desiring to object or be heard will take due notice thereof and govern themselves accordingly.

And it is ordered that this order be published in The Atlanta Constitution until that time. october 9, 1874.

Fayette County Sheriff's Sales.

Will be sold before the court house door, in the town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in December next, between the legal hours of sale, the following described property, to-wit:

East half of land lot number one hundred and thirty-nine, containing one hundred and one-fourth acres, more or less, in the sixth district of Fayette county. Levied on as the property of Leroy M. Cobb, by virtue of a fi.fa. issued from Fayette Superior Court in favor of Blakely Bagwell vs. Leroy M. Cobb. James Kennedy tenant in possession notified of the levy.

Also, at the same time and place, the south half of lot of land number one hundred and twenty-four, containing one hundred and one and one-fourth acres, more or less, in the 6th district of Fayette county. Levied on as the property of Morris Jacobs, by virtue of a fi.fa. from Fayette Superior Court in favor of James P. Kelly vs. Morris Jacobs and Seaborn Pate.

Also, at the same time and place, the south half of lot of land number twenty-four, containing one hundred and one and one-fourth acres, more or less, in the lower seventh district of Fayette county. Levied on as the property of D. D. Denham, by virtue of a fi.fa. issued from Fayette Superior Court in favor of Martha C. Smarr, guaridan, etc., vs. D. D. Denham. Wm. Cochran tenant in possession notified by the levy. The property pointed out by plaintiff's attorney.

Administratix's Sale.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Fayette county, Georgia, will be sold before the courthouse door in the town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in December next, within the legal hours of sale, the following described property, to-wit:

Ninety-one and one-fourth acres of land, more or less, number twenty-eight, in the lower seventh district of Fayette county. Sold as the property of John Phillips, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased. Terms cash. This November 2, 1874.

One lot of land number 86, containing two hundred two and a half acres, in the lower seventh (7) district of said county.  Levied on as the property of M. B. D'Vaughn, by virtue of and to satisfy a mortgage fi.fa. issued from Fayette Superior Court in favor of Groover, Stubbs & Co., vs. M. B. D'Vaughn, Said property so levied upon being pointed out in said mortgatge fi.fa. John Barrow, tenant in possession notified and written notice of the levy given to M. B. D'Vaughn, This August 4, 1875.
