Notice to Debtors and
Creditors.
Georgia, Fayette County -- Notice is hereby given to all persons having demands
against Ephraim Sweat, late of said county, deceased to present them to me,
properly made out within the time prescribed by law, so as to show their
character and amount. And all persons indebted to said deceased are hereby

Fayette County Sheriff's Sale for November - Will be sold at the Courthouse door, in the town of Fayetteville, Fayette County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in November next, between the legal hours of sale, the following described property to-wit: One Winship Cotton Gin and Brooks Press levied on as the property of L. L. Landrum to satisfy a fi fa issued from Fayette Superior Court against said defendant, in favor of Winship and Brother. Property pointed out by plaintiff's attorney. October 1, 1879. J. M. Administrator's Sale.
By an order from the Court of Ordinary of Fayette county will be sold at the
Court house door, in Fayetteville, Fayette county, Ga, on the first Tuesday in
November next, within the legal hours of sale, the following property, to-wit:
86 1/2 acres of land, more or less, in the south part of lot of land No. 72, in
the 5th district of Fayette county; one town lot No. 104, containing 4 acres;
one and one-half acres off of town lot No. 105, in the southeast and northeast
corner of said lot and fronting the Baptist church east. Sold as the property of
G. C. King, deceased, for distribution among the heirs of said deceased.
Terms cash. This October 6, 1879.

Fayette County
Adminstrator's Sale.
By an order from the Court of Ordinary of Fayette county, will be sold at the
Court-house door, in the town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, Georgia, on the
first Tuesday in November next, in the legal hours of sale, the following
property, to-wit: 14 acres of land off of the south side of lot of land No. 73,
125 acres off of the north side of lot of land No. 74, one-half interest in one
vacant lot in Brooks Station, containing 3,274 square feet and on the east side
of the Main street and off of lot of land No. 70; one-half interest in one town
lot in Brooks Station, 24x50 feet on east side of Main street, on which is
situated a store [wooden and part of lot No. 70. Also, one-half interest in
dwelling house in the town of Brooks Station, a 60x200 feet, off of lot of land
No. 59. Said land is situated in the 4th district of said county and the town
lots in the 6th district of said county, sold as the property of W. F. Kelley,
deceased, for distribution among the heirs. Terms cash. This October 6th, 1879.

County. - On the first Tuesday in November next will be sold before the
Court-house door, in Fairburn in said county, within the legal hours of sale,
part of lot of land lot number [141 one hundred and forty-one, in the
fourteenth district of originally Fayette, but now Campbell county, it being one
hundred and twelve and one half acres, more or less, off of the west side of
said lot of land, and being all of said lot of land except the widow's dower
in same. Sold as the property of Ausborn J. Casey, deceased, for the benefit of
the heirs and creditors of said deceased. Terms cash. This October 6th, 1879.

Guardian's Sale
By virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Carroll County, Georgia,
will be sold at the Court-house door in Fayetteville, Fayette county, Georgia on
the first Tuesday in November next, within the legal hours of sale, the
following property, to-wit: Two acres, more or less, of land off of lot of land
No. 219 in the 6th district of said county; on said land is a dwelling, kitchen,
smokehouse, crib and stables, garden and orchard of good fruit. Sold as the
property of Joseph D. and Celest?? T. Reeves, minors of Alexander Reeves,
deceased, for the benefit of said minors. Terms cash. This October 2, 1879.

County. -- Ordinary's Office, October 4, 1879. -- Whereas Lettie L. Morgan has
applied for letters of administration on the estate of Mark J. Morgan, late of
said county, deceased: All persons concerned are therefore notified to
file their objections, if any exists, on or before the first Monday in November
next, else letters will be
granted the applicant.

-- Whereas, Moses R. Foster and Robert McWilliams administrators of Moses
Foster, deceased, represents that they have fully discharged said trust and
prays for letters of dismission: All persons concerned are hereby notified
to file their objections, if any exist, on or before the first Monday in
November next. This August 15th, 1879.
