William H. Griggs was the son of William Wallace Griggs, b. ca 1796 d. 1871 & Harriet Davis, b. ca 1802 GA. His grandparents were William Griggs & Leonard "Linnah" Wallis/Wallace. [William & Linnah are my GGG Great Grandparents
