Obadiah Miller Deed

This Indenture made and entered this the twenty first day of December in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and fifty between David Miller of the County of Gordon and state aforesaid of the one part and Obadiah Miller of the other part of the same place. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and doth by these presents grant bargain and sell unto the said Obadiah Miller his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the fourteenth District of the Third Section of originally Cherokee but now Gordon County Containing seventy five acres be the same more or less it being fractional lot number three hundred and twenty one whereon the said Obadiah Miller now lives To have and to hold the said bargained premises unto the said Obadiah Miller his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple, And the said David Miller for himself his heirs and assigns will forever warrant and defend the right and title unto the said Obadiah Miller his heirs and assigns against himself his heirs and all and every other person or persons whatsoever. In witness whereof the said David Miller hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.
