Surnames: CALHOUN ROBINSON MORRIS MILLER SMITH MARTIN FULLER

I am looking for anything on my Robinson and Calhoun family- I have a rich history of verbal and oral tradition but getting documentation is proving difficult. I believe that there was a Sarah Morgan who married a William C Robinson (2nd marriage?) that I would like to find some more information on.

I have a HUGE back story on the Calhoun, Robinson and Morris families among others, and have found a William Robinson and
Sarah in the census records for Jasper County and I would like to compare notes with anyone who may have anything on these
names. I am also looking for any doctors who may have done any healing in the area, esp between 1830-1860.

I have a story about a Dr Robinson and his wife Sarah who lived in Jasper Co GA 1830-1860ish and had children Mary, Emma and Walter John Robinson. He was supposedly a Dr, very giving who was loved by all. He was a slave owner and a landowner and may have sympathized with the union (speculation.)
Dr (or Mr) Robinson died unexpectedly (between 1857-1860) and his business partner Dr Morris married his widow shortly thereafter and claimed all of Dr Robinsons slaves and farm land. Dr Morris sold everything and moved to Louisiana with Sarah and the kids by 1860 census. Dr Morris was supposedly Dr
Robinsons business partner.

It seems the doctor was Dr A. P. Morris who is later seen in Louisiana with Sarah and her children Mary and Emma (son Walter John Robinson born 1857 is missing from the census record here.) Dr A. P. Morris and Sarah had two more children in LA: James and Sarah (aka Fannie?) The supposed Sarah F Calhoun Morgan Robinson Morris (name speculation) dies in Oct 1869 Louisiana. Her maiden name may have been Calhoun and her first husband may have been a Morgan.

The families were supposedly Presbyterian and Scots/Irish two generations from Ireland, and Sarah may have been born in Abbeville SC about 1830 to James Calhoun and wife Sarah Martin. Family friends may have included the name Delaney or Dulaney.

Dr. A. P. Morris may have been a hard working doctor, or he may have been a traveling healer of some kind. He may have also gone by the name Allen or had a brother named Allen Morris. He is seen in Texas census with son James in and after 1880.

Our family was told that Sarah and Dr Robinson named their son Walter John for his father or for his father's father, but so far we can only find a census record with a Sarah F daughter Mary and husband William C Robinson. This William C Robinson may have been the son of John Robinson Rev War hero. This may
or may not be our Sarah.

I am looking for any records of this bunch at all before 1870. I have descendant info and locations (almost all ended up in Texas by 1880.) My email is p2willia@oakland.edu and I will gladly exchange phone numbers if it is easier to get in touch that way. I do have some records and files to share if they
would help anyone in any way.
