Duly requested to furnish to R A Quillian agt
A complete list of those … persons
in their Districts who are entitle to corn for
bread under the late act of the Legistature
to wit

1 widows of deceased soldiers and their children
2 orphans of deceased soldiers
3 persons dependent on deceased soldiers for support
4 soldiers cripples for life
5 Aged or infirm white persons
These are required to 8 (illegible)
They will suffer without assistance
You will take the number of
children in each family
