This indenture made and Entered into this the twenty third day of July Ad (?) 1833 between Abner Watkins of one part of Said State and County and Howell Freeland and Jeremiah Freeland of the other part of the same place witnesseth that I the Said Abner Watkins hath this day for the Just and full Sum of Four hundred dollars to me in hand paid at & before the Sealing of these presents hath granted bargained and do by these presents grant bargain and Sell unto the Said Howell & Jeremiah Freeland a part of a Lot of Land Situate lying and being in Said State formly Habersham now Lumpkin in the 1st Dist No) 96) of Said County Supposed to be one hundred and Twenty five acres more or Less marked by a condisional lion made by Henry Watkins and Abner Watkins and that I the Said Abner Watkins will for myself my heirs and assigns forever warrant and defend the Said bargained premeses from the claim of all person or persons whatsoever unto the Said Howel & Jerimiah Freeland to them and to their heirs and to their own proper use benefits in fee simple and behooff as witness my hand and Seal day and date above written Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of us
