Pickins District}Know all men by these presents that I Henry Watkins of the State and District aforesaid for and In consideration of the Sum of five hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Abner Watkins of the State of Georgia Habbersham County have granted sold bargained and Released unto Abner Watkins of the State of Georgia Habersham County all that tract or parcel of Land Situate in Georgia Habersham County = it being a part of Lot 96, first District it Containing one hundred and twenty five Acres be the Same more or Less marked By a Condisional Line made by Henry Watkins and Abner Watkins To gather with all and Singular the Rights members Hereaddaments (?) and appertenances to the said premeses belonging or in anywise Inerdent (?) thereto to have and to hold all and Singular the premeses above mentioned unto the Said Abner Watkins his heirs and assigns forever, and I do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors administrators or assigns to Warrnt and forever Defend all and Singular the premeses unto the Said Abner Watkins his heir and assigns Against myself and against Every other person wahtsoever Claiming the Same or any part thereof in witness whereof I have hereunto (? struck through) Set my hand and affixed my Seal this 13th Day of August the 1832 Signed Sealed and delivered in the presents of us
